Effective 06 October 2026
1. Scope of this policy
This Sales Policy describes the general commercial principles used by ECOMES for enquiries and professional-service engagements initiated through the website or other business-development channels. It is not, by itself, a quotation or contract.
2. Enquiries and proposals
Website enquiries are non-binding. ECOMES may request drawings, models, project briefs, schedules, standards, responsibility matrices or other information before issuing a proposal. A commercial offer is binding only for the validity period and on the conditions stated in that offer.
3. Scope, assumptions and changes
Fees and schedules are based on the scope, inputs, assumptions, deliverables, review cycles and programme stated in the relevant proposal. Material changes, additional deliverables, delayed inputs, resequencing, acceleration, prolonged holds, additional site requirements or new compliance obligations may require a revised programme and/or additional fees.
4. Pricing, taxes and currency
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Currency, tax treatment, reimbursable expenses, travel, software or third-party costs are governed by the relevant quotation or contract. Bank charges and withholding-tax documentation, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the agreed commercial terms and law.
5. Payment
Payment milestones, credit periods, invoicing dates and any advance requirements are stated in the applicable proposal or contract. ECOMES may suspend affected services for material overdue amounts where permitted by the governing agreement and applicable law, after appropriate notice.
6. Client inputs and programme
Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of accurate, coordinated and usable client/project inputs, decisions, access, approvals and comments. Delays or repeated changes to these dependencies may affect the programme. ECOMES will communicate material impacts and seek alignment on revised dates where required.
7. Acceptance and quality
Review, acceptance, QA/QC, model development levels, drawing status, professional sign-off and responsibility boundaries are governed by the agreed scope. Unless specifically included, ECOMES' digital-delivery services do not transfer statutory design responsibility or professional certification obligations belonging to appointed designers, contractors or authorities.
8. Cancellation, suspension and refunds
Professional services are resource-based and project-specific. Fees for work already performed, committed resources, approved third-party costs and completed milestones are generally payable. Any cancellation, suspension, credit or refund is governed by the applicable contract or a written settlement agreed by ECOMES.
9. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Confidentiality, background intellectual property, project intellectual property, licence rights and ownership of deliverables are governed by the relevant NDA, proposal or contract. Public portfolio references are handled subject to contractual confidentiality obligations and permissions.
10. Commercial contact
For quotations, commercial clarifications or purchase-order coordination, contact ECOMES through the website enquiry form or email contact@ecomes.in.
